Job Description:
As a Chat Support Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. You'll need to provide quick, accurate responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat
Assist customers with product questions, order statuses, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Provide clear, accurate, and relevant information to customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not required)
Ability to stay calm and positive in challenging situations
Comfortable using chat platforms, and ability to quickly learn new software tools
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Team player with a customer-first attitude
