Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive for a chatting-based role. In this position, you will interact with customers via chat, offering support and solutions. You should have excellent typing skills, be proficient in paraphrasing, and be comfortable with online browsing. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through chat
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Utilize paraphrasing skills to clarify customer messages
Conduct online research as needed to provide accurate information
Requirements:
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in paraphrasing and effective communication

Working Hours:
8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Compensation:
For the First 3 Months:
Basic Salary: Rs. 3,000
Commission: 20%
After 3 Months:
Basic Salary: Rs. 20,000
Commission: 20%
