Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our eCommerce agency. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of eCommerce. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in the United States, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to businesses in the United States to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify potential clients and present our eCommerce services in a compelling manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Handle objections and provide relevant solutions to client concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (Strong verbal and written communication skills).
• Experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, or online business models.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
