Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Call Centre Representatives to join our Digital Marketing Campaign. This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our digital marketing services, and driving sales through excellent customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US, promoting our digital marketing services.
Effectively communicate the value of our SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consultative sales calls.
Accurately maintain records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
Previous sales experience in digital marketing or relevant fields preferred, but freshers are welcome.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by sales targets.
Ability to work in night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM) to match the US time zone.
Compensation:
Basic Salary: Rs. 35k - 70k
Attractive 6% Sales Commission based on performance.
