Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA.
• Qualify leads by understanding clients' unique needs and challenges.
• Present the benefits of our Mobile Selling services to key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in international telecom campaigns.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000 per month (based on experience).
• Commission Structure: Uncapped commission, allowing you to earn more based on performance.
