About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher/Sales Executive to join our team. This is your chance to step into a critical role, coordinating and monitoring truck drivers’ schedules to ensure seamless and timely deliveries across the U. S. You will serve as the essential link between drivers, clients, and operations, working to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Dispatching: Efficiently plan and assign loads to drivers for optimal performance.
• Driver Assistance: Provide ongoing support to drivers, troubleshooting issues to keep operations on track.
• Customer Interaction: Keep clients informed on shipment progress and address their concerns professionally.
• Freight Management: Book profitable loads and negotiate competitive rates with brokers.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of dispatch activities, including schedules and routes.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with clients, brokers, and drivers for sustained collaboration.

What We’re Looking For
• Fluent Communicator: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Problem Solver: Multitask effectively and resolve challenges with attention to detail.
• Trucking Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in logistics or dispatch is a plus but not required.
• Night Owl: Comfortable working the 5 PM to 2 AM night shift.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office tools.
