Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services and products.
Maintain customer records by updating information during and after calls.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.
Achieve individual and team performance targets to ensure overall success.
Requirements
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
A flexible schedule, including the ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
