Join our UK-based call center team as a Customer Relations Officer and help us bring exceptional service to customers across the UK!

What We Offer:
- Basic Salary Range: From 30K - 50K
- Compensation Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Role Description:
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of support.
- Achieve both personal and team targets, focusing on quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Sales Ability: Strong selling skills are a valuable plus.
