Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Assisting customers with inquiries and provide information about Energy and Home Warranty products and services.
Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Leveraging prior experience in Energy and Home Warranty campaigns to drive sales and customer retention.
Utilizing persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Preparing and submiting regular reports on call activity and sales performance.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center roles, specifically in Energy Home Warranty campaigns.
Educational requirement: Intermediate (or equivalent).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
Work Schedule:
Night shift from Monday to Friday.
Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday.
