• Position: Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and data.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (English/Urdu or any required language).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
