Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Call Center Sales Agents to join our team for outbound campaigns focused on personal and business loans. As a Sales Agent, you will engage potential clients, pitch loan services, and convert leads into customers through persuasive communication and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.
Introduce and explain loan services, highlighting benefits and options.
Persuade clients to proceed with applications by addressing their queries and concerns.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center roles (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Results-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided).
