Responsibilities:
• Handle Calls: Manage calls from clients and potential buyers, addressing inquiries about properties and services.
• Provide Information: Offer detailed information about property listings, pricing, and availability.
• Schedule Appointments: Arrange property viewings and meetings with real estate agents.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team by providing leads and supporting their efforts to close deals.
Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle different personality types.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
