CONCEPT BPO 2.0 is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service,
resolve customer inquiries, and promote products/services via inbound/outbound calls.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints concerns.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics
(e. g. , call handling time, first call resolution].
*Requirements:*
High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
