Responsibilities:
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Handle customer inquiries via chat (primary) and occasional calls in English.
Provide accurate product details and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain customer records and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Able to work night shifts and achieve set goals.
