**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
**Requirements:**
- **Freshers:** No prior experience required, training will be provided
- **Experienced candidates:** Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
