Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team for a USA-based campaign. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers, addressing their inquiries, and driving sales through excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Engage customers and promote products/services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
- Participate in monthly team dinners and team-building tours based on
performance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to work night shifts (8 PM to 4 AM).
- No prior experience in a call center is required; we welcome both
experienced and inexperienced candidates.
