We are seeking 5 skilled Inbound Call Center Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of experience in an inbound call center environment
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
