We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team at Zink Global Marketing UK Ltd. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
British Accent English Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of spoken and written English proficiency with a clear and authentic British accent (9/10 proficiency).
Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product/service offerings and convey information to customers effectively, addressing their queries and concerns. (Training will be provided by UK Trainers)
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to sales.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless Sales experience, including coordination with marketing, logistics, and support teams.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Call Center.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a 10/10 proficiency in a British accent.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
