Position: Call Center Agent
Campaign (Remote Patient Monitoring)
Location: Shahrah-E-Faisal
Working Hours: 7:00pm to 3:30am
Education: Minimum Intermediate (Graduation preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication skills (Urdu and English)
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software
Professional attitude and patience
Responsibilities
Communicate with patients and clients over the phone
Monitor and update patient health data
Report issues to the relevant team for resolution
