Job Description:
IS INNOVATION is hiring energetic and motivated Call Center Agents for our Mobility Campaign. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills,
a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with international clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for mobility services
Effectively communicate product details and benefits
Achieve sales targets and meet performance benchmarks
Maintain customer records and update the CRM
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Work collaboratively with the team to maximize results
Requirements:
Fluency in English (Good spoken skills are a must)
Prior call center experience (Preferred but not mandatory)
Sales-driven mindset with a persuasive approach
Ability to work in the night shift
Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
