Description
Job Description: We are seeking on-site outbound callers to join our team for a marketing campaign targeting the US market. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and freshers with a knack for sales and customer engagement.
About the Role: As an on-site outbound caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers in the US to promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our marketing campaign. This position is based at our office (Located on Faiz Road, Muslim Town, Lahore), providing you with a professional work environment and all the necessary resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US.
Introduce and explain our products or services clearly and engagingly.
Follow a prepared script while also adapting to conversations dynamically.
Accurately record and update customer information in our database.
Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Experience in an outbound caller or similar sales role is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain positive.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
