To drive this expansion, we are looking for a Business Growth Executive who can help businesses in Saddar Market, Karachi, understand and benefit from our services.
What You’ll Do?
- Market Exploration – Personally visit shopkeepers and small businesses to introduce our printing solutions.
- Educate & Consult – Help businesses understand how professional printing can improve their brand image.
- Showcase & Customize – Use Canva to help customers design their business cards, bill books, and warranty stickers instantly.
Finalize Orders & Secure Payments – Guide customers through our simple order process, ensuring full advance payment collection before printing.
Target Achievement – Complete 30 business card orders daily and achieve a monthly sales target of Rs. 10 lac.

Market-Savvy – Deep understanding of how shopkeepers in Saddar Market make buying decisions.
Sales & Relationship Building Skills – Ability to convince customers and build long-term relationships.
Trustworthy & Professional – Committed to honesty, discipline, and intelligent hard work.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Canva, WhatsApp Business, and email for quick customer interactions.

Compensation & Growth Potential
Base Salary: Starting from Rs. 18,000, but higher for top performers.
Commission: 5% on Bill Books and Warranty Stickers sales.
Performance Bonus: Achieve Rs. 10 lac in monthly sales and earn an extra Rs. 20,000.
iPad for Canva Designing (provided with a security deposit).
