Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (+ point).
- Proven experience in business development, particularly on Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals.
- Ability to write tailored, persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the tech and freelance services industry is a plus.
