Purpose of the Job – Overview Job Title: Business Development Trainee - Recruitment Location: Onsite, Garden Town , LHR Timings: • Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST Job Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry. Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients. Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's services. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships. Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Lead Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage leads through various stages of the sales cycle. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, create detailed business reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Client Consultation: Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices to align with their business goals. CRM Management: Update and manage client information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance client acquisition strategies and campaigns. Feedback Implementation: Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve services and adapt to changing recruitment market trends. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Confident in closing sales Excellent customer service skills Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively Motivated by targets Substantial use of LinkedIn Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Management, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science Program Details: This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position.
