Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of 5 business development executives, driving growth for our Salesforce consulting and development services. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 business development executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities in Salesforce consulting, web development, and application development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide feedback and insights from the market to shape service offerings.
Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate detailed reports.
Present regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
2-4 years of experience in business development with IT consulting/software Software development.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
