The Sales Executive at One World Immigration Law Consultants will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting the firm's immigration services. This role requires a proactive and persuasive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
* Identify and engage potential clients interested in immigration, study abroad, or related services.
* Use various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals to generate leads.
* Follow up on inquiries received via the company website, social media platforms, or direct communication.
* Explain the company’s services, visa processes, and potential benefits to prospective clients in a clear and convincing manner.
* Conduct one-on-one consultations and group presentations to convert leads into clients.
* Address client queries, concerns, and objections effectively to secure sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
* Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
* Track and report on sales metrics, including leads generated, consultations conducted, and successful conversions.
* Stay updated on immigration trends, target market preferences, and competitor activities.
* Use insights from research to refine sales pitches and strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
* Knowledge of immigration services and processes is an advantage.
