Job Description
We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a skilled Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and secure clients for our agency. The ideal candidate should be goal-driven, confident, and have excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients in the US, UK, and local markets.
Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Present agency services effectively to secure clients.
2. Sales Closure:
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
3. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Understand client needs and align services accordingly.
4. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and handle queries or complaints promptly.
5. Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Content Writing, Web Development) is a plus.
