Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients on LinkedIn and approach them regarding their IT needs and solutions
- Develop business relationships with clients and understand their recruitment requirements
- Source and recruit suitable IT candidates for client vacancies
- Manage communication between clients, recruiters, and candidates
- Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring timely and successful placements
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
- Experience in IT recruitment or business development is desirable
