Position Title: Branch Manager
Location: Near Madras Chorangi, scheme 33, Karachi
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the fast food and pizza outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and adherence to company policies and standards. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, maintain high-quality food and service, and foster a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Financial Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Control expenses and improve cost-effectiveness.
Marketing and Promotion:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales.
Build relationships with local businesses and the community.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred.
Proven experience in a management role within the fast food or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
