Job Opportunity: Branch Manager- Emporium Mall & MM Alam, Lahore
TREND LAD is looking for a dedicated and versatile Branch Manager, a professional charged with managing the day-to-day operations of the store. These responsibilities include assisting in developing business plans and attaining sales goals, delivering great customer care and growing revenue through increased customer footfall activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Supervise the sales team. Manage their rosters, attendance and leaves.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Proficiency in using retail management software, point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology is crucial.
Desired Requirements:
Education: Min Bachelor’s or BA
Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 4 years or more in a similar role in the retail industry is crucial
