Bookkeeping Job Description:
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support the Admin team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for basic financial analysis and reporting.
-Data entry for raw information to Excel
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: (Bachelor of Commerce)degree
- 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Timing : 10am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.
Note:
This job is only for local residents and outdoor work, and visits to banks or other gov departments are part of this job.
