Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Booking Executive / Décor Designer for our wedding marquee in Rawalpindi Cantt. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding our business by engaging with customers and visitors, finalizing event bookings, managing décor teams, and ensuring high-quality service and execution.

Responsibilities
Booking & Sales
• Greet clients upon arrival and inform them about wedding event packages.
• Actively promote event packages to increase bookings and sales.
• Provide accurate quotations and handle booking confirmations professionally.
• Upsell additional services (e. g. , premium décor, catering upgrades, audiovisual packages).
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all costs remain within limits.
Event Coordination
• Work closely with clients to finalize event themes, layouts, and décor designs.
• Develop detailed event plans and timelines, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with catering teams, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless event operations.
Décor Management
• Take care of décor bookings and ensure flawless execution.
• Manage and train the in-house décor team to maintain high standards.
• Develop creative décor concepts based on client preferences and industry trends.
• Source and manage décor items, including flowers, lighting, fabrics, and furniture.
• Ensure timely setup and takedown of décor for all events.
• Regularly innovate and introduce fresh ideas for décor to stay competitive in the market.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.
• Address customer complaints and any issues that arise during events.
• Collect feedback post-events to identify areas for improvement.
Operational Oversight
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are always maintained.
• Maintain inventory of décor items and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Address last-minute changes or unexpected issues with flexibility and professionalism.

Experience
1. Work Experience:

o Certification in Event Planning or Wedding Coordination is a strong advantage.
