Location: Hyderabad Sindh – Pakistan
Position: Full-Time Babysitter (24 Hours)
Gender: Female only
About Us:
We are a loving family seeking a compassionate and patient babysitter for our 10-year-old son, who has mild developmental delays and cannot walk and stand but he can crawl. He is a bright and engaging child who loves exploring new activities and learning at his own pace. We are looking for someone who can provide supportive care, engage him in meaningful play, and help him thrive.
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive supervision and care for our son throughout the day and night
• Cares for son, including bathing, washing, diapering and dressing
• Prepare and provide meals and snacks for son
• Ensures a healthy and safe environment for children when parents are away
• Engage him in age-appropriate activities, games, and learning experiences
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and homework
• Performs light housework, including laundry for son
• Create a positive and encouraging environment to foster his growth
• Communicate regularly with parents about his progress and any concerns
• Meets the physical, social, and emotional needs of children in their care
• Ensure his safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with mobility and personal care as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental delays
• Understanding of special needs care and patience in adapting activities
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Kind, nurturing, and energetic personality
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Hours:
This position requires full-time availability (24-hours)
