Description
The thing is that The official policy of my University dictates that grades for the first year of University for students are not disclosed in the official transcript. These courses however, are graded do have final examinations and their grades are disclosed in the unofficial transcript. Some of the courses that I took during my first year were mathematics courses and I believed would be useful to my application at TUM as they would help the admissions committee understand my qualifications better. This is why I applied to TUM using my unofficial transcript. However, the document was recently rejected because it did not contain signature and seal from my University.
Now what do you suggest I do in this scenario? My official transcript does State the courses that I have taken for all 4 years, of university (I completed a 4-year bachelor program from an American university) but it does not State the grades for the courses that that I took during the first year. Will submitting just the official transcript will be detrimental to my application because grades to some of the courses would not be visible. If yes, then how can I submit the official transcript?
A few solutions that come to my mind are that my University can give me a letter that will be signed and sealed that certifies that The unofficial transcript that I am submitting is an original document from the University and contains authentic grades. I can submit the unofficial transcript and this letter? Or I can submit all the three documents, the official transcript, The unofficial transcript, and the letter.
Let me know what you think I should do here and what is the solution to this problem? Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated since I'm a bit confused as to what to do next.
