Description
Job Title: Accounts and Taxation For Restaurant
2 Positions
Location: Karachi – Gulshan e Iqbal
Salary Manager: 65-75k
Salary Asst: 40-50k
Timings: Mon to Sat (10 AM – 7 PM)
Gender: Male/Female
Key Requirement:
1. Graduate in Accounts and Finance and/or ACCA
2. Minimum 5-8 Years of experience in similar role or any manufacturing concern – Preferred Restaurant Experience
3. Good command over all kind of taxation be it FBR or SRB
4. Strong Communication skills
5. Proficient on inventory management and food costing
6. Proficient in Excel and ERP software
Job Description:
1. Record daily sales, purchases, receivables, payables, etc
2. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for all departments
3. Preparing and Invoicing to Banks for Discount claims and reimbursement
4. Preparing Sales tax invoices and wht of vendors
5. Prepare and Finalising payroll for 50+ staff
6. Daily submit food costing reports
7. Frequent product costing analysis
8. Reconciliation of suppliers and customers accounts
9. Frequent Audit of all departments of restaurant to ensure zero theft
10. Any other day to day activities and tasks assigned
