Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly. Manage and update job descriptions and requirements as needed. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for staff development. Support ongoing learning and development initiatives. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs. Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes, including tracking goals and KPIs. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues. Maintain records and reports related to employee performance. Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and documentation. Stay updated on HR laws and regulations and implement necessary changes. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in managing employee benefits, leaves, and other entitlements. Coordinate with the finance department on payroll and benefits-related matters. HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. Track trends related to turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Ensure all employees are informed about policy changes. Support management in implementing HR policies effectively. Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Support retention strategies and work on improving employee satisfaction. Regularly gather employee feedback and work on action plans for improvement.
