ECS (Excellent Courier Services) is seeking an Assistant Manager - Retail to oversee retail operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the retail outlet, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily retail operations and staff performance.
Ensure high levels of customer service and address escalated issues.
Manage, drive and motivate the team.
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Assist in maintaining store visual outlet standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
1-2 years of experience in retail management. Fresh Graduates can also apply.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and retail software.
