Job Title: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The candidate should have strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage HR functions independently & effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Handle performance management, including appraisals and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
- Support management in organizational development and HR planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
