Job Description
As an Assistant Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and generate regular sales reports.
Project Management: Manage and oversee various projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical team, and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of the color masterbatch industry and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
