We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to join our team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with managing inventory and purchase operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the management team.
Maintain organized records and handle correspondence.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure inventory is organized and stored properly.
Conduct regular stock audits and generate reports.
Purchasing Management:
Source and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality.
Process purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
Maintain a database of suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
0 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or inventory/purchasing role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
