Location: Pak Arab Housing Scheme, Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Holistic Healthcare Services is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our team. We prefer fresh graduates with a passion for human resources management, although individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be a resident of Lahore and preferably located near our office in Pak Arab Housing Scheme Ferozepur road
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops
- Handle telephone calls and manage communication effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
- Assist in payroll preparation and other related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or relevant field (fresh graduates preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be a serious and dedicated individual willing to grow in the HR field
Package:
- Salary range between 30k to 40k PKR depending on candidate suitability
