We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of buildings, spaces and landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Planning: Conceptualize, design and develop architectural plans, blueprints and models for buildings, spaces and landscapes.
2. Project Management: Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
3. Client Collaboration: Consult with clients to understand requirements, preferences and budget constraints.
4. Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
5. Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments, analyzing environmental, social and economic impacts.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations and sustainability standards.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project expenses.
8. Presentation and Communication: Effectively present designs and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
1. Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch, M. Arch).
2. Valid architectural license.
3. Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years).
4. Proficiency in design software (Autodesk, Revit, SketchUp).
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
6. Strong analytical and creative thinking.
7. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building information modeling (BIM).
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. LEED AP or sustainability certification.
3. Experience with project management software.
4. Familiarity with local building regulations and codes.
