About the Role:
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of client retention. You’ll manage key accounts, build relationships, and ensure client success through personalized account management and data-driven optimization by:
Retention Strategy Specialist: Develop & implement plans to minimize churn & build long-term client relationships.
Customized Account Planning: Partner with clients to define goals & craft personalized plans for business growth.
Client Satisfaction Advocate: Prioritize exceeding expectations, proactively address concerns, & deliver exceptional service.
Solution Architect: Identify client pain points, develop customized solutions, & foster ongoing value creation.
Trusted Client Advisor: Build strong relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, & advocate for client success.
Account Growth Strategist: Proactively identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value & drive account growth.
Dedicated Client Success Specialist: Provide ongoing support, ensure clients have the resources needed to succeed, & foster a successful partnership.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze client data & feedback to identify trends, optimize strategies, & inform future planning for improved retention.
Reporting & Measurement Expert: Develop & maintain reports to track client activity, measure retention strategy effectiveness, & guide future decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years experience in managing key accounts.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing agencies and their operational dynamics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and project management methodologies.
