Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of an Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central and be proficient in the following key areas:
Responsibilities:
1. Product Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify high-demand, low-competition products, and suggest profitable niches.
2. Product Listing:
Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images, to enhance visibility and drive sales.
3. Product Description:
Write compelling and accurate product descriptions that highlight features, benefits, and unique selling points.
4. Seller Central Account Management:
Manage the Amazon Seller Central dashboard, ensuring seamless operations such as inventory tracking, order management, and resolving account issues.
5. Keyword Research:
Perform thorough keyword analysis using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other software to optimize product rankings.
6. Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and performance to stay competitive in the market.
7. PPC Campaign Creation and Optimization:
Develop and manage Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions. Regularly analyze and adjust campaigns for better ROI.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in keyword research and PPC tools (e. g. , Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar).
Ability to write engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail for monitoring competitor activity and optimizing campaigns.
