We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Brand Manager with a proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing, management, account management, and Shopify. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and brand visibility across our online platforms, primarily Amazon, but also including our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, e-commerce best practices, and digital marketing strategies, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 2 years of experience to make a significant impact. Responsibilities: Amazon Brand Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance Amazon's brand presence, product visibility, and sales performance. Manage product listings, and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum conversion. Implement A+ Content and Brand Store Optimization. E-commerce Marketing & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS and other KPIs. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and other relevant partners. Negotiate pricing, promotions, and other terms. Resolve any account-related issues promptly and efficiently. Shopify Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our Shopify store. Implement marketing strategies specific to Shopify, including email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO. Ensure seamless integration between Shopify and other platforms. Product Launch Management: Plan and execute successful product launches on Amazon and Shopify. Develop marketing plans, create compelling product listings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock availability. Forecast demand and proactively address potential stockouts. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on sales, marketing campaign performance, and other relevant metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and product development. Stay Up to Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, Amazon, and Shopify.
