Job Title: AI Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) Location: DHA Phase 9 Prism, Lahore, Pakistan Company: Tesseract Technologies Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 PKR About Tesseract Technologies Tesseract Technologies is an innovative software company dedicated to building cutting-edge solutions in AI, web development, and app development. We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of an AI-driven teaching app. Responsibilities Immediately start working on an ai assisted teaching app. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for the AI teaching app. Collaborate with the product and development teams to define project requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions. Train and fine-tune AI models for tasks such as personalized learning, language understanding, and content generation. Optimize AI algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Integrate AI models into mobile and web platforms using APIs or other deployment methods. Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed AI models, making improvements based on user feedback. Research and implement the latest AI trends and technologies to improve app functionality. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a product-focused environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Experience with neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. Familiarity with cloud services (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment. Knowledge of integrating AI with mobile and web apps using APIs. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Passion for education technology and creating impactful AI solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on educational apps or similar AI-driven platforms. Knowledge of recommendation systems or adaptive learning technologies. Familiarity with tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
