Description
Background
This project is located in Tumair Village, Simly Dam Road, Islamabad.
We are launching an exciting and scalable greenhouse farming project with the goal of
growing high-quality vegetables in a controlled environment. The project is profit-sharing
based, offering a unique opportunity for an agronomist to manage the entire process, from
soil preparation to crop production, and share in the profits.
2. Objective
The objective is to engage an agronomist with the technical skills and experience to
determine the most suitable vegetables to grow, establish optimal growing conditions, and
manage all aspects of cultivation. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the
project's success and will be compensated through profit-sharing.
3. Scope of Work
The Agronomist will be responsible for:
1.1. Crop Selection and Planning:
• - Identify and recommend the best vegetables for cultivation based on climate, soil
conditions, and market demand.
• - Develop a planting schedule to optimize year-round production.
2.2. Soil and Crop Management:
• - Oversee soil testing and preparation, including recommendations for fertilization and
soil amendments.
• - Implement best practices for irrigation, pest control, and disease management.
• - Develop and manage crop rotation plans to maintain soil health and productivity.
3.3. Greenhouse Setup and Management:
• - Provide technical guidance on the design and setup of the greenhouse.
• - Manage daily operations within the greenhouse, ensuring optimal growing conditions.
4.4. Implementation and Monitoring:
• - Lead the implementation of agricultural practices within the greenhouse.
• - Monitor crop growth, make necessary adjustments to improve yield and quality, and
report on progress regularly.

Qualifications and Experience
• - A degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• - Proven experience in greenhouse vegetable production, particularly in soil and crop
management.
• - Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and modern farming
technologies.
• - Ability to work independently and manage crop production with full responsibility.
• - Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to engage in a profit-sharing business model.
5. Compensation
This is a long-term project with compensation based on a profit-sharing model. The
agronomist will receive a share of the profits generated from the greenhouse operations.
