Punctuality bonus=5000+46800=51800
If weekly average is more then 4 sales than per hour pay changes from 180 to 220, so monthly pay structure changes to
220*10*26=57200
If sale more than “4” 500 bonus/day
If sales more than “10” 1000 bonus/day
