We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative
Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you
will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, providing
administrative support to management, and assisting with various
office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Handle office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office
administration are a plus.
