We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Store Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring accurate stock management, and handling various administrative and purchasing tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing: Handle procurement activities by researching suppliers, negotiating terms, and maintaining a steady flow of inventory.
Administrative Tasks: Support general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
Stock Issuance: Issue materials or products to relevant departments as per request, maintaining proper documentation.
Stock Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of stock, ensuring records are updated and inventory levels are well-managed to prevent shortages or excesses.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks, record incoming/outgoing stock, and assist with audits to ensure accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role in store management or administration.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
